Standard refund parameters for AllConvert Pro tier subscribers.
We believe in the power of our Wasm-Titan engines. If you upgrade to an AllConvert.co Pro or Business subscription and are not 100% satisfied with the processing speed or features, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase.
To request a refund, simply navigate to your User Dashboard and click “Request Refund.” Our automated system will instantly process your request through our payment gateway (Razorpay).
Once initiated, refunds are processed immediately on our end. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the credited amount in your account. Upon refund, your account will be automatically downgraded to the Free Starter tier.
